I have a *two bedroom cottage* (sleeps 4 but could stretch to 6) in *Selsey,West Sussex*
1/2 a mile from five beaches on a peninsula.
For 2012 I am offering it out as a Holiday Let.

Master Bedroom Back of cottage Bathroom Kitchen Living Room
Prices are low in exchange for caring for the cottage and leaving it "better than you find it." My only desire for the cottage to earn its own keep at this point.
Fri - Mon £100 or Mon- Fri £126, per week is £212.00, subject to availability. Prices will vary according to the seasons for future bookings.
The above prices are for Friends and Family Discount at 20%
Please note those who book by recommendation or direct request, prices are 20% extra. ie. Fri-Mon £120 or Mon-Fri £150, or per week £255.
The cottage has a large master bedroom plus en suite shower room. Another bedroom with two single beds. A bathroom,large kitchen, living room, conservatory and garden. Plus a large summer house in the garden - which can also be used to sleep in.
Selsey is pretty little sea side town with in walking distance to shops, banks and pubs etc. It is 8 miles from Chichester.
The cottage offers a lovely environment to relax and enjoy a break from home. Most people who visit fall in love with its character.
Purpose - my cottage could also be used to hold Retreats / Workshops - With the addition of a phone line, internet, projector and screen plus healing couch. I shall also be running residental courses at my cottage. If you are also interested in hiring this then please let me know. There will be an all inclusive price for for this purpose.
Dogs are welcome, as long as they do not disturb my neighbours. See attached doc below for any other details.
